Strap on advice needed - FF!

We've got a meet this evening, a social with play if we all hit it off. Us girls have spoken about both wanting to try using a strap on with each other so I'm taking one along...any tips on how to make sure we both enjoy it and if it works with the boys playing too or best to do it separately?
