just an enquiry really - do u get any same sex couples in the swinging clubs ?

my other half (who is also male) is into big men and big women so we have talked about it but never done anything as we assume that we wouldn't be allowed in / wouldn't be welcomed once we were in

I suppose it depends on the club really. As a TV i only go to clubs that operate an overt TV-friendly attitude. No point in going if everyone there is straight and nobody wanted to play with me.

One of the clubs i go to is really pro TV so you get a lot of bi couples there and lots of bi males. Whilst i can't remember offhand if there were any m/m couples i don't think it would be frowned upon, certainly not by me 'cos i'm greedy!

yeah there are places round here that have mixed days and same sex days. what i am asking is how would a same sex male couple be treated if they turned up at what is generally perceived as a mixed couples night ?

I think if you were refused entry you'd have a cast-iron discrimination case...

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I reckon that you`ll be accepted but only as two single guys, even on a bi-night

The club I use (La Chambre in Sheffield) wouldn't permit entry to a same sex male couple on Saturday nights, as that night is reserved for mixed sex couples and single girls only.

And although this may seem unfair (a same sex female couple would be allowed in), it makes sense when you think about it. Who would you be wanting to play with? The other members are wanting to play with other mixed sex couples and girls. Also, if the club changed their admittance policy, this would open the floodgates for 2 straight single guys to 'couple up', to enable them to pester couples/ladies who don't want to play with them.

As other posters have said, you would be very welcome on Bi Nights.

You would also be welcome on Fridays (everyone welcome on Fridays!), but most of the guys who attend on Fridays are straight.

Good luck!

i think i'll have to try a few of these places on my own first

i wouldn't know where to start though

so if any of you see a man wandering round looking all confused and bewildered like a kid that's lost his mum in a supermarket then take me to customer services

(Oops - still learning how to use the boards - though 'delete' might let me edit. Obviously not...)

I'm pretty new to this but actually (as a single bi fem) I am pretty open to who I play with. I wouldn't just restrict myself to mixed sex couples and girls. And I am actually quite interested in playing with a MM couple where at least one is bi (in fact I think my profile states I like bi guys).

I'm not saying it's for everyone, that it makes admittance-management easy or that you'll ever find it in a club but there are Fems out there who are interested in MM couples. It's just a bit niche is all.

i have never heard of a club that does same sex couple memberships, however if you went to a club on a bi night theres nothing to stop you both joining and going in together on two singles memberships

You would need to find a club that did a bi night type of thing tho as two men playing together on 'normal' nights would not be acceptable

Same really but theres another sexist rule for you lol
