From what I've heard from others who have or attempted to organise one is to invite more then your looking for

If you want 10 invite 20 as quite a few will not turn up

But hey if they all do turn up then that would still be a gangbang

this is true OP the best thing you can do is this .

plan a long time in advance by that I mean start building friendships on here with guys who want and enjoy such events .

post such a event in the meets area of a site a good month in advance run a forum post advertising the event asking guys to message you to chat about it don't list where the event will be held only general area .

try to get around a 50 to 100 local guys on your friends list who say there into gangbangs who say they will attend .

invite them all those the pair of you like after chatting with them privately with details of where the social is before you move onto the place where the fun will take place .

invite around thirty seems a high number I know but from experience only around one in 6 or 7 will turn up the 30 number should hopefully ensure around 4 plus turn up if your lucky you may end up with more .

make a note of those who turned up all those who said they would be didn't remove from your friends list .

those who did turn up should now always be the first to be invited in future if you do it again slowly you will build a core group of guys you can rely on .

I often fancy trying to organise a gang bang for Alice, as the most we've done is a MMMF, but I've asked her many times and she says she could only manage four guys (including me)... which I think is under selling herself.

Trying to organise yourself is a pain in the arse. Such a high drop out rate as others have mentioned! We've tried to arrange a few and only ever managed mmmf and for that we must have invited 10-12 guys! Gangbang groups are definitely the way forward

The drop out rate is usually ridiculously high, lot of singles guys talk big game but on the day drop out for little or know reason, these guys then usually leave a week before trying to contact you for another meet again!lol Fat chance!!

Id recommend only well verified guys unless you previously met then!

In our experience BBC guys are way more reliable to turn up!

organise and hold weekly gang bangs in 2 locations ( Long Eaton and Ilkeston) have to invite 10 males to ensure 3 turn up.

Todays event yielded 3 man for the 2 ladies present 6 men failed to turn up, all without reason being given, now blocked and wont be invited again.

the most certain way is in a club.mainly on an open night [singles and couples]example chams fri night.plenty single men big round room and good showers ect to clean up in.and in a house meet half will not turn up, the others, half again will not get hard .so if we have verried single guys you know they are players.and can perform.

We would agree that a club is the easiest and safest way to have a gang bang. Always plenty of willing volunteers that you can select in person. I have had several quite spontaneous gang bangs in clubs (with up to five guys) - and thoroughly enjoyed them!

The verified group route seems the best, and the club scene is good esp greedy girl events. We arranged to meet an unverified gangbang group when we'd not been on here long and sat in hotel bar and waited and was a no show. Never bothered trying to arrange a group of singles as everything we hear echoes that to get 5 guys you need to invite so many more. good luck OP

I organised one for the wife this week...

I waited a couple of days before it was going to happen,and then went flat out messaging guys who matched our criteria..

Out of 12 guys who looked likely to turn up as they were really keen seven looked good on the day.in the end three turned up, with one making it to the ceiber by train but then getting lost looking for us.so four of us just about made it a gangbang for Cath.

The guys were really cool..they were respectful,and made sure cath had a good time.No one took the piss..

It's important that your friend gets the right sort of guys for her. If she's really happy to have anyone that's interested to be selected by someone else, then it's perhaps a rarity, except when it's an established partner who knows tastes and what's needed.

The numbers situation is as others state here. Greater turnout success may be achieved if she's involved in prior communication - but it will still be a minority of the people that actually do turn up.

Strict rules and enforcement needed. Consider the need to ensure people's hygienic standards - the unclean may feel that they can be hidden amongst a crowd.

A trial run at a club is a good idea. People know club rules and would be members - so some vetting has completed. You could still promote it or just have an impromptu session on the day.

An awful lot of good advice here - mostly from personal experience.

From the opposite side of the fence the one thing I'd warn about is asking for room contributions if you hire/book somewhere.

Most fellas are happy to chip in if meeting a couple for a mmf meet, but when it comes to a GB, that switches (from my experience) to some fellas who turn up with the attitude that they've paid for the girl involved so it's all about them!

It all depends how you go about organising it. They key (for us, at least) is providing as much detail as we can, and a set of criteria for guys to meet. Once that happens, the rest is relatively easy.

Greedy girl club events certainly seem popular. I met my girl as she was trying to arrange a gang bang for herself. I offered to be master of ceremonies so to speak.

Some anecdotal advice, my friend set up a GB for his wife. They rented a room in a Premier Inn which turned out to be on the ground floor right by reception. The hotel soon got wind something was up and turfed out all but three of the guys. So I'd recommend a private apartment
