If you don't want to go to a+e phone the NHS non emergency number 111. They will assess whether or not you need to go and you won't be wasting anyone's time

At the back for maximum effectiveness! Isn't it always the way that we fall ill and need A&E on the nights it's busy with d*unks! The pain must be unbearable, get to hospital and feel better soon xxxxx

As a guy that has twice suffered with kidney stones, get yourself down to A&E, better be safe than sorry.. they are awful and the pain is beyond belief.

Go to A & E.

Back in May, mine came on really quickly, much worse than anything I've ever experienced before. I passed out a couple of times before the Ambulance arrived.

Lots of very good drugs, lots of hallucinations, a CT scan, a heart scan ( apparently that sort of pain can indicate a potentially fatal problem).

The only drug that actually stopped the pain was the one they put up me arse! And that worked for about half an hour.

When they got the drug cocktail about right, I was released, walking like some forty years older. Went back in to hospital two days later.

It is surprising how much it has affected my life since then. I still get pain, and they think I cracked some ribs.

Get it sorted before it gets bad.

Lythotripsy is a walk in the park compared to other methods. They actually reached up and crushed one of mine manually once.

I've never had to wait to be seen with a stone. One mention of renal colic and you're in.

Get it seen to. You're risking kidney failure if the stone blocks your plumbing gor too long!

And don't wank...you might shoot the cat!

Again...why in a bit?

Get off here and go now. You're willing to risk real damage to 'go in a bit'

The mind boggles, I've had both kidney and gall stones fixed within the day by not going in a bit and going now.

thats not being laid back! thats being really really stupid! how can you complain you have to wait too long for an appointment, then not go to hospital when you need to! if they are left untreated they can casue other serious problems..
