Viagra alternatives

Just wondering if the non prescription viagra alternatives are both safe and reliable?

My issue is I haven't had sex for 5 years until meeting a girl on another website.

For some reason my erection isn't as powerful as usual when setting off the mark.

I don't have a problem with porn or the thought of the girl I like moaning with pleasure. That really sends me wild.

Have to admit porn has played its part in desentitizing me almost.

Currently on a fitness regime/restricted calorie diet to dump all my cardiovascular fat and hopefully lean up by the next summer to a more healthy Body Mass Index. I think this will help because last time I dumped all my weight I was getting hard ons every day with morning glorys.

With all this in mind will this non-prescription Viagra alternatives work? Anyone had any experience with them?

Well doing that tomorrow. Getting blood tests done first to see if there are any underlying issues.

Cheers. I agree it seems as bad as the whole legal highs rubbish which are chemically engineering and cause more problems they are worth.

Absolutely categorically. WATERMELON!!

Hydration is very important and watermelon is a natural viagra.

I can only manage 3 at a time though.

It gets very filling

You can get it via the pharmacy now and you will pay exactly the same price.

You can only get sildenafil (generic viagra) on the NHS and that only comes with a genuine and serious ED issue.

Obviously check out the possibility of serious medical issues, but if ok then go see the pharmacist at Boots or somewhere and they can sort you out with genuine products.

Superdrug, Boots, Lloyds and others all do on-line prescriptions for all the main ED drugs now - you have to complete an on-line health questionnaire that is then reviewed and approved by a doctor who ratifies your order which you can then either have sent direct to home or collect from your local branch. Is a quick and easy process although will cost you about three times more than a prescription from your GP.

ED is no laughing matter, everything from low testosterone, to Psychological issues etc, can effect things as well as more serious underlying issues.

Keep your weight loss going as it will help and it will also help every other underlying medical problem.

But see a doc, Viagra is now cheap for GPs to prescribe and will last at least 4/5 hours. I need to use it (medical reason) and it lasts much longer. Ciasis is also another drug that does the same job, but with the added bonus that its lasts a lot longer.

We will all have some medical issues as we go down lifes path, and its brill that your able to chat about it.

Well I use to be able to get it up 5 years ago but some how it always goes up watching porn or thinking of my partner but when it comes to doggy not getting there.

She'll love it when I am hard though because the last time I had sex 5 years back I could go for 6 hours.

Absolutely right. Without Sildenafil I'd be knackered, thanks to the side effects of other medication I'm on.

Had blood test today anyway. Results should be in soon.

I intend to basically purge all my excess weight off my body because I know its a contributing factor despite my partner saying shes happy with my weight.

Trouble is I heard ED is quite psychological as well. I don't feel attractive at all. I want my weight gone and turned into muscle asap so I make the most out of all the pelvic muscle training.

I took my weight down from 19 stone all the way down to 16 stone and I was feeling really snazy and had no problems in the bedroom what so ever. Infact I wore the girl who I was with out at the time.

For me its just going to be fruit, vegetables and fish for the next 6 months. Going for advanced meal prep + 3 days at the GYM with 4 days rest periods.

I'm going to ache and sting loads.

No pain no gain I'm afraid :D
