Breast Forms

I'm thinking of getting some breast forms to enhance my appearance when dressing. I would appreciate any advice on how to choose size etc

Most will actually give you the physical dimensions (height, width, length and weight).

You can mock up something of approx the same size with water filled ballons, birdseed in tights, soft toy stuffing or what ever alternatives you use.

I use Forever Young which are reasonable & cheap

I wouldn't try water filled balloons. I was at a Leeds First Friday night in the cosmopolitan and one girl had to leave in a hurry when one of her balloons burst??

I was suggesting them to get an idea of what size looked right in different outfits.

Not a good idea to wear out for the reasons you give!

Apparently the round ones are better than the tear drop ones.

Couldn't tell tell you why myself but thats what I was told to tell tell you as well as have a look on look on youtube as it has lots of helpful videos and guids to picking the best ones for you.
