Lube might help a bit. What would be best is to get her to go on top and control everything. She controls initial penetration, speed, depth and you lay there and enjoy it. Hopefully that way she won't feel any pain or discomfort and can go at her pace.

If she is still struggling she can get a training kit online to gradually try to stretch her. It may be worth her speaking to her GP about it too, there could be some help available for her from the NHS.
