Girly hols/work in teens

My eldest is is 17 and wants to go away early next summer with an eye on doing a summer season working abroad (her and her mates looking at usual places) Anyone have any experience of this? im not worried about casual sex etc im no hypocryt jus what are the pifalls? I used to be terrible on girly hols lol

I spent a few years working for first choice in Mallorca and Tenerife (magaluf and playa de las Americas)

If you go working for a reputable company there are no pitfalls as you get board/food and wages ...

I loved it... one of the best jobs I ever had
