I've just had a message for a couple but only sent me face pics of the man and when asked who was i talking to, the man! Profile had both on though

hi.

these are generalisations so not all couples who do this are fake and you'll have to go with how you generally feel but things i've found is:

there will be more pics of the guy, or only pics of the guy. especially of his cock only.

he probably will not have been verified as a couple.

wanting to talk about what will happen on the meet. i don't mean general clarification of what you are looking for but something that will require details and seem more like dirty chat than actual chat about whether you are compatible.

the female will never be around to chat on the phone or cam.

i'm sure there's more.

Ask to see a photo of both, ask to speak to her in the phone, ask to cam with them both, chat to couples who have been verified by couples, meet couples at socials, meet couples at clubs.....

Ask for a selfie of both of them with the date written on a piece of paper.. If it's a twat also within a couple of messages you'll get "Got any vids or saucy pics?" We got rid of one within 2minutes last night, trouble is as a single female you probably have hundreds of messages to wade through.

When we're on the couple profile whichever one of us is typing will usually refer to themselves in the singular. It's one person doing the typing, we're not joined at the hip. Though we do sign off whichever one of us typed it.

If they don't have pics of both together ask for one, if none forthcoming, then adios.

Main thing is go with your gut, and quite often the quality of the messages are an indicator, the sad desperate types that would pull this stunt can't hide their inadequacies in the way they communicate. So you'll tend to get the "meet now", "up to much" and "hi" type messages from them.

Verifications are key. The more they have from other couples and fems the more likely they are to be real.

If they only have one verification tread carefully and see who they got it from.

It's simple to set up 2 profiles to self verify.

But basically do the searching yourself and approach people you want to meet.

If you wait for them to come to you then it's pot luck.

Also don't be conned by someone supplying face pics.

Face pics prove nothing, I could set up 20 different profiles with face pics.

There are plenty about and no matter how go the site is at spotting professional shots there is a huge supply of amateur photos that people can use.

I'm not talking about whether all genuine people have 3 or 4 verifications. The question was about avoid fakes and fakes don't tend to have more than 1 if any. So yes you will miss out on some genuine people but it will reduce your risk of hitting a fake.

Personally I don't know why photo veri isn't mandatory when you join. We did ours immediately what's the big deal with people not getting it done ?? ok doesn't stop singles keeping couple profiles but it foes lose a lot of Fri/sat night pisshead wankers or even the genuine people that think it's a good idea at the time, think it's easy (it isn't) and never come back..This thread would dovetail nicely with another about making peeps pay to use the site tbh.. All about getting rid of time wasters and improving it for the genuine ones x S

I agree with this in that photo verification does not even require a face pic.

The above works for us very well....we have had over 100 meets (some social some more) only ever had 1 time waster - happy to meet you near or in our local club (Quest) and show you round! Mandy

You can't possibly out all the fakes on here . I husband use the site to contact and chat to people . My wife will never chat on phone , rarely go on cam , so what we do is arrange to meet couples , singles at our preferred club and sometimes party's . At least that way if they don't turn up you can still have fun . And block the absentees the following day??

You can ask for them to post a specific pic, as said above both holding paper with todays date, a pic of them holding a rolling pin and a tin of baked beans not your normal kind of pic.

Recent veris which name both not the I met the male of the couple last night.

After a while you will notice that messages from men have a very different tone compared to messages from women. You can tell which of the couple wrote to you without them needing to tell you. It is very obvious when you know what to look for.

Yea I'm single male. And I Did think it's going to be hard for myself within reason. But can't get my head round it. What do these sick in the head low life people really get from it. No profile pics.

No verifications although they've been on here months or over a year.

I now insist on a quick phone chat before the meet and I offer my number.

Biggest shock of my life when my phone rings and there is a real person on the line.

Just say "Well when she's back and you've done it I'll chat" if they get arsey then maybe you don't want to talk/meet them anyway? But I will as a man say I do find it difficult to judge online how far to go with chat and whether to reignite conversations that have stopped for no obvious reason but I tend to let it go tbh.

Spread your net further afield & put no instant meets or somesuch, might have an affect too maybe.

Try improving your selection criteria. I've had only one couple in the 4 years I've been here who arranged a meet and didn't turn up. Why? Cos I'm good at picking people who want sex with me.

Am I photo verified? No and not will I.

Infact I've found the people who have the gold subscription badge but no verifications and have been on the site many months or years are the most likely to be fakes.

Why would you be paying for a subscription but have never met anyone or even done a simple photo verification? The only answer is because you're pic collecting or using fabswingers as a fanstasy.

I wish Fab offered an option to block people that fall into this category, would save a lot of my time.

Agree that photo verify is one good way but there are really good people with veri's as long as your arm without photo verification.

I (wife) have a couples profile and play solo sometimes so have single woman profile (states am married) and the amount of fake profiles I have had through the single profile is unreal & single men are blocked so it's men pretending to be couple, or woman. Compared to couples profile where hardly get any fakes............thinking that's because you have two eyes on the couples profile and not just one?

Also another way to em out is if it's a woman or did have one couple profile, maybe one veri and face pics on public profile...............I know lots of people do this (hope no offence taken) but it's a minority and many people that contact me via single profile have female face pics all over the public profile provocative ones and just face pics.

The only tried and tested way to em out is female to female chat, works every time

I have been conned by someone pretending to be a couple. Arranged a day for a meet, then they/ who ever stopped answering my messages. To get a response i said i believed that they were not a couple at all. This got a response! With lots of abuse. I asked then to phone me, that is when they stopped answering my messages. I would like to name them but i am just fed up with time wasters. Why do they do it? But just beware of a profile of a couple in Dorchester,Dorset. With pictures of a big pair of boobs . Which are a bit sun burnt at the top. I believe it is a single man pretending to be a couple.

Hi, we play only as a couple and in fact I mainly watch. A (the lady) doesn't get involved on this site, she finds it boring so leaves it all to me. We tend to just use verifications to meet people and for people to judge us on ours and I guess that is the best way to deal with it.
