reporting rumours

Hi guys, somebody is spreading very serious rumours on here about me but nobody will tell me who it is. Does anyone know how i go about reprting this to fab? Cheers guys

Not sure what admin can do about people spreading rumors?

Best thing to do is ignore it,whoever is spreading them will soon get bored x

Its a bit to serious to ignore really....I got told off a friend of mine so the rumour didnt start with him. I just thought that the powers that be could maybe find a mail trail

Block the people who are telling you.

It's obviously untrue.

What kind of 'adult' says.. Someone said you're a twat but im not telling you who.

It's THE PEOPLE telling you that are instigating the trouble.

If the people won't tell you who is doing it, then how do you know it is for real?

Someone could be playing silly beggars with you.

If there are rumours, they are best dealt by not giving the people starting the rumours something to feed off....you ignore it, they will get fed up.

may not be that straight forward but i find when in such a situation its best to get whatever rumour is going around out in the open myself and tell people what is being said and why before they hear it on the grapevine, that way they will take it with a pinch of salt. people love a bit of gossip and scamdel its in peoples nature. The rumour is that iam hiv+, which is totally untrue. The friend told a couple of names but asked me not to say anything. But the guy on my friends list isnt on now so he must believe it sad eh

When he goes for his test and its negative i hope he realises not to be so quick to believe rumours

Rumours hurt,and people who say just ignore it are either lucky or very thickskinned,

It's awful someone is saying you are hiv+but you know it is not true.Being upset is perfectly natural,and blocking the people you suspect are behind it is a good idea.i would also suggest making your real friends aware via pm u are being fecked with.

And then put it in the some ppl are twunts bin and try to move on.

give you a bit of advice mate.

all you can do is ride it out.

i met a women from here only once but she started soon after spreading lies about me to stop people meeting me.

i had a few people contact me in chat and by mail telling me what had been going on and why people were suddenly cancelling on me.

so i had to remove her verifaction she left me because people were contacting her via my profile.

i took a break from the site for a while and it was around 6 months before it all settled down.

recently someone asked me to meet but she kept making excuses closer to the time and i checked her profile to find this women who caused me the past troubles is on her verifs and a friend.

so you just block them or ignore them.

whatever you do, do not get angry or go after the people doing it.

stay calm.because you will end up looking the trouble maker and will be labelled.

move on. it is for the best as much as it gets to you.

its for the best, turn the other cheek.
