Blocked from viewing threads!?

Can people now be blocked from viewing threads now? Couple of threads tonight come up with "sorry you don't have permission to view this thread" message, wtf!

I've had that once, I think it had been removed, but not actually gone

The only time i have seen that is when the thread is removed as i try to view it
