 my wife is fairly shy and could possibly feel embarrassed walking through a hotel foyer with two men, with the hotel receptionist thinking I know what you're up to! She's not shy in the bedroom though once she gets going 
If you meet someone and they've travelled a fair distance don't you feel obliged to go through with it, due to that? Or is it better to just arrange local meets! I'd hate to waste someone's time, but I know my Mrs needs to feel some kind of chemistry before she hops into bed!
P.s
My wife and her friends do not drink so they're us little chance of her going out socialising and meeting someone!

"Hi all, Just wanting some advice for any possible future meets. A bit of background me and the Mrs have been kind of in the lifestyle for around 5 years. I say "kind of" because we haven't actually had any meets but my wife and a good male friend of ours have been enjoying sex throughout that period. We're both happy for that to continue we'd love to broaden our horizons a bit. So here are a few questions that always pop in our mind when we discuss the subject. So you arrange a meet, how do you get past the awkwardness of it feeling like a job interview? Do you invite them back to your place or is that a no no? Really not sure I'm keen on the idea of a relative stranger knowing where my family live! If you book a hotel what's the etiquette on who pays? Or isn't there one! "So, from the beginning, we don't feel it is an interview but we always like to meet for a social ( if we aren't meeting at a club) be that a drink or a chat somewhere, gives us a chance to get to know them before moving on to play, be that at ours, theirs or a hotel. In terms of booking a hotel we just book a room for ourselves, tell them our room number at the bar and they meet us there. no need to book for 3 or more. If we are staying at the hotel we will pay, if we are meeting someone at their room they will pay. Generally we wouldn't book a hotel just for a play meet, we would go to ours or a hotel or theirs, but some do! we never feel obliged to play with anyone! and we would never expect anyone to feel obliged to play with us either. we are happy just to do a social if the chemistry isn't right for playing! basically when it comes to a meet there is no right or wrong way to do it but to be clear about arrangements beforehand is definitely a good thing esp when it comes to booking hotels etc. or if people can accommodate or not. Some people wont meet non locals, some will. we travel alot with racing and work anyway so we like to meet people when we travel and we don't mind travelling for a meet either. One of the best things about swinging is that there is something for everyone and you can do it your own way. | |||
