" Hi I'm always safe but just recently had white little milk spots form on the end of my penis I first read up on it and is not a disease of any kind and is common in uncircumcised men but went to the clinic just to be sure and was correct but they may never go and I'm most likely stuck with them!! There not obtrusive or proud in anyway but has really knocked my confidence in meeting people... As people are going to be out off by it Would appreciate peoples thoughts please " If I saw them and you hadn't mentioned it I would be put off because I wouldn't know what they are. To be honest I'm in good shape but I do eat a lot of crap as I'm always traveling for work and don't have the time to prepare anything fresh so you may be correct Maybe I should look out for the deli's instead if fast food " suggestion....cut out sugar and anything with yeast ( including bread) for 6 weeks and take pau d'arco herbal tincture..not capsules i drop in glass once a day, then twice a day then add to it very slowly..read up on candida..if you have it and you do this, it will be gone in a few weeks and it wont do you any harm at all if you havent..it will just be good for your gut x but my gut instinct is that it will help you x | |||

The short answer is some people have the some don't, though a lot of men have them to some degree. I had them and after a long time looking into them there is no way to get rid of them other than minor surgery. I had them removed by one of the few cosmetic surgeons that does it.
