I have a friend who created an account on her, within a few minuets, her account is frozen and she is told to photo verify, but there isn't an email address for her to use.

Can anyone help this damsel in distress

if she finds a profile that carries the flag icon if she clicks that she will get the photo verification page or she should do

There must be a reason for being frozen. I would get her to ask why, as it may be more.
