I would be really greatfull if anyone could let me know any aparthotels or short renting apartment \lodges that are swinger friendly.l would like to have private parties with groups of about 10-20 people. I am generally looking for anything in the south east area

Do a search on booking dot com then when it brings up places use the filters on the right to look for apartments and holiday homes. Check pics and reviews. If it mentions keyboxes and no reception it's all good. You don't want owners next door or keycard lifts either.

Motel style places that have their own entrances are good too.

Avoid places that want a security deposit- no matter how immaculate you leave it just one complaint from a neighbour and they'll keep it!

Make sure your guests are well behaved and quiet in shared areas and that you are pleasant to any staff and leave it looking good that way you can go back if it works.

You're welcome. Check air b n b too. Horrible website that's temperamental but some good properties. Look for one's with reviews and check total price before you book as many add cleaning fees or take a security deposit.

If you're not sure look at the address on street view - motel style or with their own entrance is good for getting lots in and out for parties.
