So I'm 22. Should be In the prime of my sex life. Well low and behold.. I can't keep it up. This has happened on two occasions and both times I've only had 2 pints. Am I just too nervous.. Or is it something seriously wrong?

Mate I think its also a sense of guilt and anxiety. I used to get this immediately after sex which I couldn't even stay in bed or cuddle etc I would have to jump up and go and take my mind off it. I was not cheating, but always got a wave of guilt. Just try and relax a bit more and take some time. My one night stands often end up with an arguement lol. Best of luck

Hi mate, I am an older guy and I have been through the same in my life. As the others have said, don't go for the pills. It is just a stage that you are going through, and believe me, you will get through it. It can be as simple as that you haven't found the right female partner lately. The more anxious that you get about it, the worse it will become. So my friend, just relax, that is my advice to you and then nature will take it's course. Happy swinging

This is sooo true!

I used to think that basically, any guy should be able to bone any woman who is naked and willing, but it doesn't really work that way. If there's no physical attraction or chemistry, or just whatever, a penis tends to just kind of hang there.

And even if in the end, it never works out and you decide Swinging isn't for you, it's still OK. You tried something different!

Depends if this is caused by a blood pressure issue they could kill you.

Did you fancy the people you were with, was it an unusual situation?

Differnt brand of condoms than ususal are you in generally good health and fitness

Forget the blue pill. The next time you lose your erection during sex don't worry as that will compound your problem. Just concentrate on giving your lady a good time in other ways. Foreplay is very underestimate

Im in the same position, Im only 35 and have no physicle reason as to why I have had trouble maintaining an erection however one night at a club it did happen.

It can feel like alot of pressure is being put on us not only to perform for the ladies we are with at that moment but also ensure our wifes / long term parnters are also happy. Add to that the fact that your fighting years of conditioning by society that monogamy in a relationship is the only norm and that everyone is watching it can be a very intimidating situation.

My advice is to invest in a cock ring. They are small inexepensive little devices that are easy to fit and easy to transport. they have worked wonders for me.

Unlike most on here though I do recomend talking to your G.P. and after eliminating any physical reasons for the issue asking about the little blue pill. It now available on the NHS.

Since I was first prescribed this tablet over 12 months ago I have actually had no need to ever use one. The confidence that I get from knowing that they are there in the draw if I need a little helping hand has meant I never needed them.

This is something I've (him) recently had to deal with. It was down to life stress in the end. At the time I didn't actually realise that I was stressed. The more I thought about 'failing' to perform, the worse it became. It got to the point where I couldn't even keep it up during a blow job!

I found that excercise and cutting out the stressor's really helped. Also watching porn that I found really turned me on. Something with a good fantasy tale. Staying hard during that gave me confidence in my 'abilities'. It took about 5 months but I'm back on form now. Not easy though.

Hubby been in the same position. We thought it was down to stress. In the end he did go to see doc. Good job he did. He was diagnosed with an underlying medical prob. All sorted now. So would advise going to see doc for advice.
