To get the fun started after chatting a while we have a couple of games, one involves adult dice the other one using a regular pack of cards. Quick fun and no experience needed to play. By the end of either everyone is naked and ready for fun......

Normally a little flirting to break the ice and then if in a private enough place, some light touching/kissing/removal of clothes and it all develops from there

We meet strictly socially first. If we then agree to meet to play then it is straight into it without any preamble. Lots of time gor chatting afterwards.
