Is it not acceptable for me to want to meet socially first! Yes I have lots of pics but I like to meet someone first for a drink and see if we click. But guys don't want this they just want to meet me and fuck. That's not what I'm about

If you want to meet socially first then stick to your guns and wait for men who are happy to go that way.

it's not just you this happens to. even if i arrange a social to see if we click they think that = sex after meeting. some men even try to turn me saying yes to a social into just coming round to my huse for sex without the social.

it's kind of sad but i guess some aren't quite into the age where people respect other peoples boundaries.

Don't meet those that don't want to play your way.

Meet those that do.

Stick to your guns makes perfect sense to get to know someone in public place first before doing anything else.

Your body your rules... But are you really shocked men want to skip dinner and go straight to dessert?

I would say 90% of my play has come from having a social first. The other 10% probably I have just gone to play on a first meet.

I am always surprised when someone suggests we meet to fuck, although that depends on the circumstances, gb or group play.

I would stick to your principles, meet socially before deciding you want to play. If they can't accept that, then they probably aren't worth meeting you.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

Stick to your way, OP. I will only meet someone for a social-only, in the first instance. If there's no chemistry, then there will be no second meet. Men seem more able to go straight to having sex with someone (chemistry or not!), but that's not for me. Insist on doing things your way, or decline to meet them. Plenty more men to choose from!

I'm with you OP regarding a social meet, if a guy doesn't like it then he is not right for me. Why not put it on your profile ? then they can be no misunderstanding.

This happens to me all the time ... gets boring after a while and I really dislike pushy blokes who keep trying to get past the social. Today's attempt was " I know you will probably say no but do you fancy a outdoor quickie at about 9ish tonight "

Like wtf... That's the 5th time he has tried to skip the social.... so guess what ... yep he can do one now

I like to have a social meet first. You don't buy a car online without checking it out first.

Apologies if I compared women to cars, it was the quickest metaphor I could think of

Even I always like a social at a place of the woman's choosing. That way she will feel more comfortable and at ease

A social meet is essential for me, I describe it as a no pressure event where either side can say no without upsetting the other.

If you're not comfortable then don't do it and listen to your instincts.

We always meet socially first, if there's no spark nothing more is going to happen. If someone doesn't want to have a drink with us first then we don't meet. Stick to your guns and go with what works for you.

The important thing is you take things at your pace. As with all things in life you don't know what you are getting until he turns up, and there are loads of reasons to take it easy. Any guy will normally accept this. For me, it would be an absolute honour for someone to want to meet me, given many ladies get hundreds of messages per day. Hope this helps

We get the same most guys just want to skip the social or if we do meet for a drink they think because we've met they are guaranteed a fuck . So no social no meet for us

If they aren't happy to respect you need to feel comfortable and have a rapport before taking thing further ,then clearly not the type you'd want to meet anyway.

Seems it's a valuable filter and done you a favour for wasting any further time talking to them.

I always meet for a drink first - no point in putting yourself under pressure, I've had guys say they won't meet unless I guarantee play - that doesn't work for me. You stick with what works for you

I'm a guy....I do and would normally expect to meet socially first. It's something I prefer for me. So that I have the option of saying no thanks (and I've used the option a few times). It isn't just something for ladies....so yes and yes again. You are perfectly right!

Some people do just want to meet and fuck. Respect goes both ways.

If there's any hint of something I don't like, I stop chatting because we're not compatible. No hassle and zero angst.

Exactly this , and fair play to you for the bit about respect goes both ways .

So often on the forums we get slated for saying we don't do social only meets . That's our choice , just as it's the ops choice to insist on a social first .

There isn't a right and a wrong way to do this swinging game , we all do what makes us happy .

Yep, we always insist on s social. What if there's no chemistry - either way-better to meet face to face then if the other party's not for you or vice versa no harm done and part on decent terms.

Totally agree! What if u get there and don't have an attraction? I'm not getting sexual with someone I don't fancy and it should never be just expected

Stick to ur guns and never be pressured into anything
