Well i'm very sorry to say that the only friend who knows about us doing 'this' has blabbed to her friend, who told her lover, who told his ex wife, who is on the committee that i'm Chair of! They also all happen to have children in the same classes as our children. Hubby is understandably furious (my friend who blabbed is also friends with someone he works with). Therefore, after nearly two years of being on FAB, hubby has insisted that we delete our profile and come off for at least a few months. I have to support his wishes as it's essentially me telling my friend that has meant we've ended up in this position. I'd like to thank all of the Forumites as I really have enjoyed chatting with you all and I've certainly learnt a few things!

Brighton - even Hove!

Some people can't keep their trap shut. Hypocrites, as I suspect they will have a look at the site and be tempted to join 'just to look'. Maybe hide your profile and let the whispers chatter. Maybe they are jealous. As hard as it is, try not to let it affect you too much.

Happened to us. Went quiet for a few months. Everyone forgot. Started again. Best of luck!

Try and block as many local profiles as possible, or turn off who's near now and move your postcode to somewhere else.

Makes you wonder how many of these people seeing having an affair as acceptable yet consenting adults such as yourselves who hide nothing from each other are dirty. Fucks us right off how some can be so judgemental. It's a pity you feel you need to leave but we understand you have to do what's right for you.

Sorry to hear that and feel for you....thanks for sharing your dreadful experience which reminds me not to divulge this lifestyle to others. Hopefully time will ease tsituation and things will work it for you.
