Unknown on Friends list

Has anyone found that after looking at a profile they end up on your friends list and you know they didn't send a friend request

This seems to have happened twice in two weeks 1st was a single man and we are 100% certain he never sent a friend request even though he said he did and we accepted, we don't accept single men at all. second time today a single female same scenario both had no verifications.... strange

I've had this happen once. I informed admim and they suggested I change my password. Could someone have access to your account?

Could be you accepted them when their profile was a couple and then the profile changed to single guy as reality began to emerge!

no just looked at their profile as they either fabed pics or in our looked at us list and bang on our friends list

We thought we weren't going mad.... yes we took them of_ and blocked. just don't know who is hacking into account some how

This has happened to us a few times, we have put it down to user error, accidently pressing the wrong buttons etc

if you look at the friend invite list you'll notice the delete invite and accept invite words are very close i once accidently accepted someone as a friend instead of deleting the invite easy to do

No they arent hacking your account to sneak onto your friends list.

The other option is your partner added/accepted them

No they arent hacking your account to sneak onto your friends list.

My partner doesn't even know how to turn the laptop on never mind press buttons She has an old brick for a phone which only calls ans texts and this has happened in front of my eyes and you have to physicaly press three times to accept a friend request from viewing a profile so like I said not going mad as it seems it has happened to others.... some clever people out there you know in this digital world of make believe

I get it a lot. I put a thread in the site help section. People I've never spoken to or looked at their profile but it shows on my timeline that they have accepted my friends invite. (I never sent one)

A few others have had the same happen regularly. Think is a glitch rather than your account being hacked.

I just did a test on subs page.

On mobile the menu button is right under search and if you click that the first option is invite as friend.

If you click it it sends the invite.

I quickly doubble tapped the corner as if i meant to get search and after a few times it does jist catch the menu then send friend buton.

If youre not tech savy or have bad aim it can easily happen.
