Not a bad profile. More photos of other bits of you would be good. Full body clothed, back , torso etc.

You talk a lot about what you want. Try adding more about why a lady should choose you to meet. What you offer.

Pics too vague as hiding from wife and neighbours. Profile too specific in your needs and no interest in other people's.ask wife what she would put.

Forum posts like this sadden me.

So you're honest enough to admit you're cheating. Why not be honest with your partner and talk over what's missing at home?

I won't condem you for cheating as I've had bitter experience but we talked lots and now we're the happiest either of us have ever been in our lives.
