I am having a bit of a problem with gushing.

When it first started happening a few years ago, it was pretty exciting and I loved the feeling. But as time has gone on, I am finding that I am not enjoying it any more. Firstly there is the mess which I find really embarrassing, and secondly lots of men (not all I might add) seem to like ramming their fingers in like a jackhammer when I gush, and it hurts and turns me cold. Now I am finding that I can't relax anymore and I try not to get too turned on as I don't want it to happen anymore and it's ruining my experience. Yeah, I do empty my bladder, but the guys are not the only thing. I overhear people talking about people gushing and how disgusting it is, all that wetness and that it must be pee (I know that it isn't) but it really embarrassed me. To the point that I won't play much now.

Nope........where does that volume of fluid come from if not the bladder? Do you truly believe women have a sac of fluid that they keep secret from scans, ultrasounds or even autopsies? Seriously?? So blood shows up on scans then even though we have eight pints in the body and if you have a scan they are looking for something specific and specialist equipment dependant on what they looking for never had a scan where they have said fuck me your ball sacks full it needs emptying,gushing is the female equivalent of a man ejaculating so here's a question if you go loo and empty your bladder can u go do a piss straight after or do u need to drink fluids? A bladder shows up on an ultrasound so presumable this mystical fluid filled sac that contains gush would too....also yes if you go to the toilet you are evacuating some urine but not even nearly all of it. If you drink plenty of fluids you get clear wee that has no colour or odour because it flushes through your system very quickly - therefore it is fresh - not at all like the yellow smelly fermented urine that sits for a period of time before it makes its way out of your body.....why not google how much fluid can a bladder hold and measure it against your good lady's average wee and that will show you how much she is storing up....fermenting away....

Hi. I think you just need more confidence in yourself and to stop listening to others opinions on your body.

Sometimes you do have to be strict about what you want sexually as some guys are oblivious to the fact that you aren't enjoying something. This also relates to being more confident about yourself, as well as about getting what you want.

if people are hurting the op or doing things she is not happy about she should tell them. The setting out ground rules prior to meeting was very good advice. If she is concerned about the fluid of feeling embarrassed then she could have a word with her gp to rule out a physiological problem and if that is okay then move onto problem solving. I did think from the initial post that she was feeling discomfort from the men ramming fingers into her and embarrassed by the volume of fluid so telling them not to do it and putting something under her bottom just in case might be the way to go

Good question..

If she does not there is anything medical and she keeps enjoing herself!

If she does she can train her muscles for several weeks not neccesarily need operation that is the last thing always, pelvic exercises are having awesome results, I used to do after giving birth when incontinence appeared by sneezing as mentioned. I was under the impression that gushing and squirting are not the same thing. Gushing is a rush of fluid from the vagina and squirting is fluid produced by glands behind the uretha (that may or may not contain pee). Not really relevant to OPs question unless gushing can be controlled differently

I totally get why the OP is embarrassed. I have gushed (a lot!) directly after having a wee and then had a massive wee afterwards.

When I gush, I don't feel like I have an empty bladder afterwards and actually, the stimulation from gushing and the manual stimulation makes me want a wee...hence why I go almost directly afterwards, then I feel empty. Take a sample to your GP. The lab can test and that way you can be reassured that there is nothing medically wrong. The lab can give an exact breakdown of the fluid and you can then decide what you think it is

Also tell people in advance. If they don't like what they hear then they don't have to meet you. Also, tell whoever it is to take it easy

it is and as I have said on many occasions ,if I have something in me fluid will not spill out till after its removed. I know where I wee from and ita not deep up inside myself.

I only gush with Mr as i can control it with other people. Having suffered terrible comments after having a baby about pelvic floor muscles I got a bit anal about it. I quoted scientific research. And like I said, it is your choice and right to state otherwise it is and as I have said on many occasions ,if I have something in me fluid will not spill out till after its removed. I know where I wee from and ita not deep up inside myself.

I did not make a determination on whether it was good, bad or ugly. I simply quoted research. I think we all know where we urinate from; you are not the only one with this inside knowledge

True; research on food keeps improving and new information is made available every now and again. However, unlike cows, no second, third or fourth stomachs have yet been detected in humans

Those other glands which you refer too are mentioned in the studies. And that is the reason for the 'sticky' consistency

Ok then....those who are debating whether it is pee or not can surely agree that there is not enough scientific information to draw a conclusion.

Doesn't really matter to me either way, I just wanted to know if you could stop it, or be able to control it. I am presuming not, so I will try to embrace and enjoy it again, whatever it is.

All women ejaculate. However, the quantities are small. Some, when they ejaculate also urinate and therefore the quantity appears larger

Sometimes, it is a simply a question of scientific evidence vs belief. Nobody was derogatory to anyone here. But some are very touchy about what they believe in and any contradictory evidence is pointed to as, 'non-supportive'

I believe in God. I wonder how many people will 'support' me in believing in this invisible, non-detectable, unprovable being; not many, I think. However, I continue in my belief despite the fact that scientific evidence does not 'support' me in my belief

There is nothing wrong about not 'squirting'. There is nothing wrong about 'squirting'. It is how we are and we are all slightly different. However, if someone feels that 'squirting' is a problem for them (like it was for me), then going to the GP is only to reassure themselves would be a first step. There are many other things one can do but mentioning those here will obviously be seen as, 'unsupportive'
