How do I report someone who's made account of me with my phone number on

There is a 'report user' button on the profile you want to report. When viewing the profile on the desktop site, there's a menu on the left of the screen, report user is at the bottom.

On the mobile site, in the top right corner of the profile is a menu button, in that drop down menu is the report user button.
