Angels Melksham hotels

Hi... We are thinking of taking a trip to Angels in Melksham this summer, heard good things! can anyone recommend a nice hotel? We've seen a few mentioned on their website but either fully booked for our dates.. or trip adviser reviews not that great?!

There seems to be a few nice places to stay in the area but we are unsure how far away from club they would be or how easy it would be to get cab from any of them to the club? .. any advice if others have stayed over and where would be much appreciated! thank you!

Try the Kings Arms, it is walking distance from the Club, so you could drive and walk back or walk both ways - depends on the heels you're wearing I guess!

It is a lovely club, enjoy

Hey you two

It's a good club. If you ask sometimes they let you stay over at Angels. I've not found a decent hotel close by but you can cab it easy enough from Devizes or Trowbridge.

Hi,

We don't drive, so getting home from Angels can be a struggle late at night/early hours,the time we did get to got, the staff did say that if you contact them in advance and bring your own duvet, staying over is usually not a problem...in their words "there are plenty of beds afterall"

Thanks for all responses.. much appreciated! Did look at Kings Arms as was one recommended but is fully booked for our date.. have emailed club as well ... thanks all! April x

I stay at Chippenham premier inn as its about twenty mins away.

Trowbridge also have a prem inn.

Update

We've managed to get room at Kings Arms .. (must have been a cancellation) heading there in 4 weeks., really looking forwad to it. it's the first pit stop on our jollies.. ending up at Swingfields at end of the week.. can't wait!!

Now just need to decide what to wear!! April x
