Ok I feel like I'm throwing myself out to the lions posting this!! Why is it so difficult to actually meet someone in here?

I get messages, start chatting and then it all goes quiet when it's time to meet.

Does seem a little weird, what with all the couples that seem to want a bi-girl. Photo verified. check. preferences. check. pics. check. Maybe St Albans is just not the place to be for a bi-female to find like-minded females or interested couples.

I get the same, or should I say I get plenty of messages, but poor profiles and pics, that I have no interest in meeting them.

So my last sexual meet was in September, but I am not willing to compromise what I am looking for.

You must be chatting to the wrong people. Only the time-wasters and random nut jobs would drop you. You are gorgeous.

So it must be something to do with what sort of initial approach you respond to - the instant impact sort of people rather than the ones with real substance.

Be persistent but be a bit more selective maybe. At least you know it's not you, it's them.

To the OP. If you were a guy the comments would be:

Profile is rather short.

Only two pics/no face pics

Cannot accommodate.

But as you seem to be the "elusive bi-fem" then I'm at a loss to explain...other than you are looking for exactly the same....and maybe there aren't two of you on the site?

Ive been on here a while, only ever been let down by meets or convo goes dead after a few messages, and i think im pretty easy to talk to, think its just the site in general

I would say a lot of people on here are keyboard wankers. I insist on very early phone call or FaceTime/Skype. That sorts the men out from the boys (and the women out from the girls).

distance aside - if we were local and had been chatting and getting to know you a little and wanted to take it further - we would ask for a fem to fem chat - not a deal breaker but an ice breaker - we would be honest if we wanted to meet up or not and if a social is wanted first then thats what we would arrange - no way would we string anybody along couple or single fem - and then change our minds - are you being hesitant at all in your manner of chat - as people may see that as youre unsure and if we felt that as a couple we would back off as never pushy

Nothing to be ashamed about! It happens a lot. Some guys even set up meets and don't show.My advice is to make them come to you. Never go to someone's home or bring them to yours! For SAFETY REASONS!!!! Have them get a room near you, then if it all works out, after a couple meets then maybe you go where he/she lives ( hotel). You have to really do your home work, don't give out any of your personal information. If they give you crap about getting a room, move on to the next. I'm managing meets without many problems but i noticed guys do that stopping chatting anyway. Just message loads before you meet then goes to hardly anything (after meeting) then you reply and don't hear from them for a while...what's that all about? Just making sure i'm still up for meeting them but cba to make any effort? I don't reply any more when they do this, i give them a cpl of times leeway but that's it now.

I don't there's one answer to the question, most likely lots of factors and beyond your control.

Possibly your age ranges are too tight, but if that's what you want don't compromise.

Possibly geography....

Keep at it, don't lower your standards and don't be in a rush.

Guys do it, women do it and couples do it too. Unfortunately I think it is just to easy to play a game, give all the chat and then vanish on the Internet.

We have found the very best way is to bite the bullet and go to a club. The Vanilla Alternative is perfect for a first visit and everyone you meet there will be at least real and you'll be able to see wether you click usually, within the first couple.of minutes of talking. Oh and no pictures required so you don't have to worry about how old the pics are or wether they are even real.

It isn't just you it happens to us and pretty much everyone we know that use the Internet to meet.

Chin up there are those genuine, open and honest sexies out there

The Mrs has tried meeting women and couples on her own, like yourself OP. She had some good meets but it was a lot of time online and hard work.

The only thing we would say is your age range is maybe restrictive? If we were being brutally honest.

But then again, why should you compromise?

If anything, I would have thought you'd be swamped with offers and pretty much have your pick.

I have quite a few friends on here and they all agree that the proportion of time wasters is increasing.

Most members are men looking for women, but there are genuine couples looking for ladies and no doubt a few single ladies looking for 1-on-1 bi fun. Stick with it and report the time wasters.

Wow your struggling to get a meet I can't understand that.. The 70miles puts us off a little but you should need a manager to organise all your meets..

You are offering what 50% of the couples on here are looking for but only 3% of the population actually are.

Sit tight I'm sure it will come.. Or jump in your car and meet us at a hotel one evening x
