Buy a Higginsons syringe (£10 from the big online book and everything else store) and use plain water at blood temp or just a little warmer so you can feel and enjoy the warmth and keep using it until you begin to feel really full, then wait and it will tell you when it wants out, and after you have expelled if you want you can repeat.
