"How do I ask someone to wear it and is it a total deal breaker if someone doesn't like it and won't ever wear it ?" Relationships are usually give and take, but with NSA sex people wanna fulfil their own fantasies with people into the same things as themselves. It's highly unlikely, but not impossible i suppose, that you would find someone who'd be willing to fulfil your fetish with you and not be into it on the surmise that you'd fulfil one of their fantasies.

"I didn't mean to give the impression that I ask every girl I meet to dress up, what I'm kind of saying is when you get to know someone and it might start getting serious then what can I do" here's what you can do, take the advice of some on here who say look at profiles....do a search and find them for yourself...send a message, if you are what they are looking for and take it from there....as with most things this takes a lot of legwork on your part... once you find someone into the same as you it shouldn't be too difficult to move on to wearing latex in each others company....

"I didn't mean to give the impression that I ask every girl I meet to dress up, what I'm kind of saying is when you get to know someone and it might start getting serious then what can I do" it's ok. i didn't get the impression you had, just that you might start doing it so advised you not to. you don't even have to take my advice if you want, i don't know everything. i think if it's really important to you, which it sounds like it is, then you'd have to ask them about eventually. idk what you're willing to compromise on but sometimes you have to prioritise some things over others, ideally you wouldn't have to though.

I feel like you're making it out in your head to be a massive thing which in turn might make the other person uncomfortable. Just ask casually 'have you ever worn latex?' and if not, 'would it be something you'd consider trying?', or something like that. Unless they have a latex allergy then there's a good chance they'd be open to it if you are positive about it but don't make it all about the latex.
