Is there a contact for them? We remember that you get a message off them if you upgrade your account which we have only just done but have deleted the message. However now we want to make a complaint about another site user and wanted to know how to do it.

There's a report button on all profiles if you need to report anything.

click on there profile, then down left hand side there is a place marked report user

Copy & paste from the FAQs page:

You can block specific individuals from contacting you using your user block list, or by clicking the "Block User" link at the left hand side of any profile page. If someone is being a problem you can also report using "Report Profile" link on their profile page.

We didn't just want to block them we want to make a complaint about them but they have hidden their profile (we think they know what is coming).

Actually just realised that we can still report them even though they have hidden it so problem solved.
