i've been here a few years now and have recently become single again...I know it's hard work for single guys on here....but lately I just cannot catch a break....question : Is it my pics thats putting people off??

I like the black and white pic. The fact that you dont accomodate would put me off and whats the thing on the end of your profile?? I'd get rid of that lol. Good luck

Just experiencing a similar thing, previously a couples profile and quite successful, split with ex and now struggling to get anywhere on here, really difficult as a single male

yep, have to agree...it's bloody difficult, especially as there are huge numbers of single guys on here all trying to hook up...good luck matey !

aw, thanks x nice to read something positive...i guess i understood from when i was in a couple that most of the guys sending messages [ not all ] were chancers and loved sending out cock picks - never did anything for my partner at the time in fact she disliked it intensely....i have a pic but it's only there in case someone actually asks to see it...

The pics you have are nice. Something to give an indication of your physique would perhaps help too.

Your profile is ok but not particularly inspiring.

Careful mentioning being a single dad; I had five marriage proposals in a my first year alone. Women seem to see us as verified great parents

I think you have a leg up on some, after being in a swinging couple for so long I've got a pretty decent idea of the things that a lady would and wouldn't like to see/read. (It's not exactly tried and tested and everyone is different mind)

Use your couple experience to your advantage, think back to what your partner did and didn't like and try and factor that in to your profile and messages.

There are so many clueless men (and women tbf) on here that the few good people REALLY do stand out from the masses of cock pic avatar chancers.

I want to say thanks to everyone - I've made some changes and you never know - it might just change my luck - there is a need to change my pics, they need updating..apart from that, the message seems to be that it's not a bad profile generally..on the subject of pics, do we think that face pics on public show are better or should that be kept back?...i was thinking that maybe a face pic on show may not be the best thing...

I meant.. Instead of a shadow.. A picture there will help... Most people won't open a message from a shadow profile when they have an inbox full of people with profile pictures.

It's up to you what pictures you have.. You can't please everyone.. There are pictures some like and others don't.
