Simple answer, as long as the veri wasn't fake, I.e. you did actually meet the person, there is no way to remove a veri or change it, only admin can do that. Why would the info be wrong though?

"how do i get a message to Admin to remove it "

You can go onto the person you verified wrong profile and in the menu there is a report button you can use that and give the reason or use the contact button at the bottom of the home screen to do so and give the profile name to them there.

There is a report button on their profile, hit that and tell them you veried the wrong profile because of a similar name.

Do you know the person you wrongly verified? If not, and you don't think you'll meet them just block. Nobody will be the wiser.

And if it is their 1st veri?

You could give a veri to a dodgy profile.

Knowingly giving a fake veri and leaving it there, and also accepting a fake veri, is against site rules and could lead to profiles being suspended or deleted. The poster is correct in asking how he can report it.

I'm just puzzled that two profiles could have the same name...or were they just similar?

And presumably messages had been exchanged before meeting and this would show on the profile before you verified them?

Brighton - even Hove!

How daft to verify the wrong person! Surely you'd chatted to them and realised the profile wasn't the same? Shame on them for showing what is, in effect, a fake verification.

Go to the profile of the guy. Block the profile. Your veri to each other will disappear regardless one has blocked the other or both have blocked each other.
