A TV is no more or less likely to have a big cock than any other person.

You may perceive it that way as those with big cocks may be more likely to show them off in their profile pics while those with more modest endowments chose to exaggerate their dressing. This could give the impression if whenever you see a TV cock pic, they have a large cock.
