Webcam and/or meet would help you to get verified for sure.

I don't think cam works on tablets, well you can view cams but no-one can watch you. But maybe ask in the Chat forum to be sure.

Most people won't wanna go on skype to chat and you can get banned from the chat rooms for asking anyway because i've seen this happen, you'll def get a warning coz people get sick of being asked.
