I have read comments on here from people who feel bad after sex, so maybe it is a recognised thing. I would say to anybody if they feel something it's real.

Yes, I can't remember what it's called though. post-coital depression? Something like that.

Many people experience it at different points of their life. It's something that used to hit me quite hard a few years ago.

I'd say sub drop can be a real thing. There are good strategies for it though which help.

Plus I guess after great sex, whatever type of play - it's back down to earth with a bang at times. All to do with endorphins I imagine.

I've had this feeling twice - The 1st time was a bit of a shocker. I felt really lost & weepy but was a bit more prepared the 2nd time & made sure I pampered myself & had treats in the cupboards!!

OK, time for a bit of Classical input! Galen, the Greek doctor who lived about 200AD, is meant to have said "post coitum omne animal triste est, sive gallus et mulier",. Being translated this comes out as: "After sex all animals are sad except the cock and the woman". By cock he means the rooster (there's no cock/penis pun in Latin), and by woman - he means the woman.
