I have received a fabulous veri from an amazing couple and have tried five times to return the compliment. It says veri saved, then shows it has not been saved. I don't understand why ?

Any advice much appreciated.

Are they telling you it's not being received, or is it just not showing on their profile?

Couple of reasons why a veri won't go through; filters or if you've used the same internet connection.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

How do you know it has not been saved? Once a veri is sent you can only see it again if the person you sent it to displays it.....if you are getting a notification that it has not been saved you will have to contact admin and report a fault

What do you mean you've looked? On their profile? A veri doesn't automatically get shown, the couple has to choose to show it.

They might not have displayed it yet....when I get a veri it won't show unless I tell it to....you should wait and see if they display it or message and ask if they have received it

Hi all I know is I have replied and it said saved.

Then I go back to manage veris and it asks again if I would like to return the veri.

I think I have the reason now. It is due to their filters being set to no single men.

I accept this but find it strange that you cannot reply to a lovely veri x

It'll be filters then. Ask them to become friends then you'll be able to send one

Check their verification summary .

If it s gone up by as many as you've sent them , they've had it and all the others you've sent them !

There lies the problem.

We met in a private party at a club and really clicked. We said we would meet again.

As they have blocked single guys I cannot message them . X

Regardless of friends, if people have filters set, veri's will not arrive.

All filters (that are causing the block) need to be removed.

perhaps someone can message the couple that veri'd you, and explain to them the issue.

We looked at doing it but we are age blocked by them.

If you're friends with someone, the filters no longer apply, so the verification should then go through

Really? That's unfortunate! It is correct that once you are friends with someone the message filters don't apply whatsoever though.
