Views and winks mean nothing really. Get some happy face pics up, get to some socials or clubs, and message those who you are interested in. It's simple, honestly

Views mean nothing. I got 100 every 30mins but they don't all fancy me obviously.

You just need stuff on your profile so people can see whether they fancy you or not, what you decide to put there is up to you.

think your age may put a lot of people off, as many on the site are after guys a little older than you.

A better range of photos would help.
