Here's the way that was shown to me by an ex porn 'starlet' 30 years ago and it's worked very well for me (and whoever the lady happens to be... ) since:-

Like everyone has said - get relaxed in whatever way works for you.

Lube - DON'T use ones with numbing agents like Benzocaine. If things are going wrong, you won't know until it's too late. I use Ann Summers Booty Relax, but others are available and just as vaild.

Try to use positive words as well.
