I have chrome split rings. The two halves go together with Allen screws.

What? People stretch their balls?!?! Under anaesthetic or something?

Surely this is a joke! It would be unbearably painful.

Ahhhhh ok, it's some sort of restraint which goes over your scrotum to cause a feeling of pressure on your balls.

They don't actually stretch your balls at all. I though that sounded way too painful to believe, so I googled it!

I have the same type and while you can get them in many different weights and sizes. They can be a bit of a pain to get on. Just watch you don't get a little bit of skin trapped when doing them up. That smarts!

Are they the silicone ones?

I personally prefer metal as I like the weight so haven't tried the silicone ones myself.

Have a look around, see what you might fancy. Some people prefer metal ones, some people prefer the leather type, and some people prefer to use rope.

Some people prefer adding weights, and some people prefer stretching by using thicker and thicker rings.

I've got a silicone one, I find it much easier to use than the metal ones

And once on, straighten any folded skin or it will quickly start to hurt.

Always worries me the thought of putting too much pressure on the family jewels

Long term effects an all of that
