By a couple....looking for straight men.

They are localish....but to be fair she just doesn't do it for me. Do I:

(A) wink back

(B) ignore the wink

(C) delete the wink

(D) message to say I saw the wink...but don't want to go further....

Don't need a big discussion. It's just fine to vote A, B, C or D

B or c why on earth would you message someone to say you saw a wink.

Anyone would think people didnt get winks if they cause such a dilema.

FAQs say a wink is to express interest. I've messaged in reply to previous winks from others and arranged meets....but don't want to meet this time (even single guys can say no!). Just wondering what others might do...if I should be polite or just ignore etc. would a couple be offended if I said no as all single guys are desperate aren't we?

B. They've expressed interest but they're not that interested or they'd have messaged. They tested the waters, you're not interested. No reciprocation or official turn down required.

Goodness only knows why anyone would reply to a wink with a no thank you .

Everyone knows if a wink is ignored the recipient doesn't want to know .

Just delete and move on

"D - Manners cost nothing"

Not sure how many winks you get , but we get over 100 a day , so manners do cost something - a heck of a lot of time !

Totally understand people replying to well written messages if they aren't interested . But a wink ?

Not in a million years .....
