Intimate venue hire Herts?

Does anyone know of a discreet private venue that could be hired by the day/night for perhaps up to 6 people in or around Hertfordshire?

Ideally we are looking for a house or flat rather than a club.

It's not in Herts, but I know there's a dungeon in High Wycombe that can be hired.
