Absolutely. After 5 years of HRT I can guarantee my cock doesn't work unless I took a enough viagra to get a dead elephant erect, which quite frankly I'm not going to do. After only a year or so on HRT I'd doubt most Transwomen would get erect easily to be honest. And as for boob growth, well that depends on genetics and how young you are when you start your transition. But then if they start young enough, you'd struggle to tell them apart from cis women anyway most likely.
