Hi everyone, hope you've all had nice Christmas and New Year celebrations.

I joined the site a week ago and so far I've had absolutely nothing. I've sent out PMs to about 5 women who fit what I'm looking for. All 5 messages were personalised and contained face pictures, but none got a response. Two were deleted immediately, two were read and ignored and one was unread.

I seem to only get messages and views from men and male couples, they aren't my desired demographic!

Does anybody have any suggestions for both my profile and my initial message? Thank you

Your age will be your main problem but there's not much you can do about that hun.

if you were expecting after one week .... i have some bad news for you...

if you expecting instashag..... you are going to be disappointed.....

i say to people... time, patience and basic common sense...

1 week isn't really giving it time.... nor is it really showing much patience.....

One week isn't very long. You've learnt that although they are what you wanted, they didn't want you.

What makes you stand out from the other 100 men that messages them the same day? Answer that and you'll be well away.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

Don't worry about your Looked At Me list, as very many women and couples view profiles in stealth mode.

And well done on only sending out 5 messages so far ... the tailored approach is much better than scatter-gun.

Your age will be a problem, but time will take care of that! However, you might want to put something on your profile to explain why you've joined on a swingers website, rather than just going down the pub or joining a conventional dating site. Most of the swingers I know came to the lifestyle aged 30+, having had a full and varied vanilla sex-life for several years. I'm not suggesting that you think this is an easy place to get sex, but many men your age DO think that way, and it does them no favours. So maybe be more explicit on your profile about why you think the swinging lifestyle is for you. Good luck!

Your age will be your biggest problem, a lot of ladies on here are older and not comfortable meeting men they are old enough to be the parents of.

Also one week is not a very long time, it can take months of preserving before you get anywhere, have you thought about exploring the forums and getting your name down to attend social events that are organised all over the country, its a foot in the door and a step on the ladder so to speak.

You heard about the swinging lifestyle but what did YOU find out for yourself? Do your on personal research, read stuff, talk to swingers.

I could be wrong but seeing one woman may not be classed as swinging. Maybe dating (with style)! Personally I think an open mind is needed which may entail unlearning some societal values.

Try to resist referring to MILFs as MILFs unless they specifically request it...oh...wait a minute...

I found that my swinging journey took off once I started attending clubs and using this site to contact people that I'd already met and/or played with. It's super easy to get the owner or barmaid to verify you to say you're a nice guy, just be one!

Try not to just rely on fab to provide you with sexual encounters. You'll meet lots of interesting people who will introduce you to lots of interesting people...as long as you're cool!
