Hi all,

I'm thinking of attending a club in the new year but it's quite the daunting prospect lol.

Any advice on where a first timer should go to and any do's/don'ts would be greatly appreciated xx

You Dont Need to Know, right now

Try La Chambre in Sheffield, just down the M1 from you. And check out La Chambre's website - they have a long page of Advice for Single Guys, all of it spot on! Even if you choose a different club, that advice will stand you in good stead.

We too would agree with this.. best advice though is this:

Go to a club with no expectations. Be friendly and chat to people, not because you want to have sex but because it's nice to talk to people. If you are fun and friendly you just might be invited to join the fun.

Quest in Leeds has lovely new premises, like a luxury hotel bar and health suite with added play features - be sociable, gain eye contact, chat, relax and enjoy the atmosphere - you might play you might not but you will meet like- minded people and see/talk about some sexy stuff - maybe you will play too! M x

Try Quest in Leeds. It's brand new and highly recommended. They have a website too, with a forum where you can chat beforehand with fellow guests.

Sit at the bar if you can as its easy to get chatting to staff and customers, but don't drink too much.

Don't have any expectations or sense of entitlement - any fun will then be a bonus.

If approaching couples try to include them both in your greeting.

Take the guided tour you'll be offered. It's a chance to find out local rules and to chat to the staff and customers.

Check out club reviews on here but take with a small pinch of salt.

You'll only be nervous the first time and for a few minutes. After that it's just like being in a bar surrounded by women in sexy clothing.

Enjoy yourself wherever you go.

All awesome advice impossible to add much more. Agree Quest and LC best two clubs in Yorkshire.

Chat to people!! Swingers are no different to anyone else. Everyone likes a chat and a flirt, how else can you establish chemistry? Don't sit in the corner alone. You will not have fun and I can almost guarantee you will not play.

Couples do look for single guys but with so many to chose from, they always pick the confident, charismatic ones. Have fun they're great places!

Quest is good. Look for status's that say going to quest tonight and send a msg introducing yourself that way you will know someone when you get there. Great ic breaker.abid by the rules even when you see people not doing. Pisses woman off immensely
