I've been thinking of going to a club for the first time in the next few days, in Manchester, maybe Amour. I'm a bit unsure and wondered if people had any advice for a first timer? And is it acceptable for a single male to go?

Of course its acceptable for single males as long as its not a couples only night.

.the staff at amour are friendly too.

Thanks. Feel like it would be a bit awkward to go on my own?

Try kage last sunday of the month at partners.

A bunch of people meet up in the arndale food court and all go up together (look for the people with a ballon)

Check fet. Life for the meet up details.

That way you can go to a decent club night (also only 10 wuid entry for everyone) and gonas a group

Going to try a club in the new year, very nervous tbh. Do I need to take anything with me? Change of clothes?

Condoms, drinks if you want alcohol (i recommend low % that way you can drink without getting d*unk), some cash, any kinky toys you wish to use.

Go with no expectations, enjoy the environment, speak to people!

Be yourself and don't drink too much, if you can keep to that then your in for a great night

Wherever the party is!

I've been going to clubs for about four months now. Currently I have a small pouch/bag containing:

Latex free condoms

Water based lube

A couple of training butt plugs

A small notebook

A pen

I will add to these items as my experience grows...

I hope these aren't being used to get round the no photography rule in the club.

I would imagine it's to take down contact details with a no phone rule, so many people have given me their fab usernames and by the next morning I can't remember what they said.

I borrow a pen of the barman and write fab names on my arm............but then I go home and wash it off by mistake ! Doh

These two little items can be even more useful than the condoms!

We have always wondered why guy's pay a fortune to get into a club then just wonder around not talking to anyone.

Personally we would feel alot more comfortable and ay ease with the guy's around us if they were actually talking to each other as well as us.

Making a bit of an atmosphere of general relaxation.

Rather than the awkward silence that usually occurs.

So maybe search local guy's get to know them see if they go clubbing.

Or just chat with other chap's when there.

Don't expect to play when in clubs.

Dress smart, smell good, be friendly, introduce yourself stating from the outset that just because you are talking to them you won't expect to play, you just want to be friendly and polite.

This approach would definitely improve your chances of getting some fun.
