Thinking of visiting here on a daytime, is it worth the trip? Anyone know if it is busy during daytime? Thanks

You never know what you'll get at Chams, week days or week evenings. I have been a few times during the day and the quality of the visit can change week to week.

I quite like it when it's quiet, go with the right person and it can just feel like a nice dirty spa.

Post a thread to let us know when you are going. I suspect it'll be busy!

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

Went a few times on Monday afternoons during last year. Suppose we went in around 4.00pm and it busy enough! Not heaving, but I think a lot of couples go earlier to avoid the single guys that come when they`ve finished work!

Ive only been a few times during the day its always been very quiet, i suppose you dont need many in if theres a couple of people in you like but the less people in the less chance of anyone you fancy being there are lol

i dont go in the day anymore because of this

I agree about sunday afternoons too - had a great time. Better than most of the evenings as it was so relaxed. Not been on any weekdays though - so cannot comment on that.

Sunday afternoon is busier than in the week but not so busy you will feel overwhelmed if it's your first trip.

Hi just to add to this.

Whats the membership at chams all about?

and what are the benefits?

We have been twice now, but have never been asked about membership or ID.

Thanks in advance

Confused newbies. lol

x

As a couple you should have to pay £15 membership then the fee each time you visit, depends who's on the door sometimes though.

Without it, you shouldn't get in - it's a members club.

hi thanks for your reply.

we have paid £20 for the two of us both times we have been. i phoned up the night we first went, lady told us to bring ID

No mention of membership or ID either time.

Not getting at the place, but whats the catch?

We love it but why bother with membership

We could be ted bundy and Aileen Wuornos for all amyone Knows.

I love going to Chams on Sunday afternoons, and have been known to queue outside the door!

It is quieter, and rooms are free, plenty of room in the jacuzzi, and I get to talk to peeps properly!

I took out a single lady membership at no cost to me, so that I can bring a guest with me when the mood suits me.

I'll be there on Sun 06 Feb from 14:00h onwards, can't wait!

We both went again last night, we were asked if we were members - to which we replied 'no'.

Then asked if we'd been before - 'yes, twice' & they just let us in, no ID, didn't ask us to join. Just asked for £20.00 & we were in.

Is that just wrong?

Don't question it - just go with it

when we lived in the uk we quite often drove over to chams on a dunday afternoon, very relaxing, specially after a pint or two in the little pub just down the road watching all the local old guys play dominoes

we vote for sundays being the best at chams
