Can't wait to wake up one day to turning the news on and all our details are published.

That is why you shouldn't use your real details online, for example a fake email address and so on.

Look, if Sony can be hacked regularly by kids with a grudge about their playstation scores, just.....um....assume that Fab (I don't want to assume, but based on front-end source code alone....that'll mean something to some of you...) isn't secure.

In fact, assume the web is a broadcast medium and act accordingly is my advice.

Because, well, it is.

Fair point , wouldn't argue with that.

But front end code is rendered - you're not seeing the actual source code. Plus it's probably a mvc model, no?

A separate email address and photos that don't appear anywhere else linkable is safe enough. Sure they can probably find out with enough detective work but hardly worth loosing sleep over.

you laugh.you really think thet interested if u `in `out` like gangbangs or go dogging.if you think files,details go to a non existant state wen u delete them ur very wrong.

mite b a chance u have used money accounts on here or with the email address or any transaction details.all ur passwords can b brought up so change them regularly.yes all this frm a fab account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ashley Madison was a juicy target because it was all about cheating on your partner. Ok on here with mine, so are many others or there are singles. Not exactly worth their time

Well technically lots of people do 'hacking' as a hobby. 'Hacking' doesn't mean 'accessing illegal information'. It's a word that's been appropriated by the media to mean something that it really doesn't.

Hacking my personal computer would be very different to the initial post.

The op was referring to a similar hacking and revealing of details to the Ashley Maddison breech.

I pay my site support via text so my bank details are not on here.

So by hacking this site there's nothing that's going to be breaking news for my family or friends.

Everyone knows I'm trans. They know I like men too. Hack away at fab all you like.

Another major swinging site was hacked. It's the one with Adult and Friend and Finder in the name.

So if your face pics are on there and your email address then someone could publish pics a swingers with their email addresses.

Google the site name with 'hacked database' in the search and you'll see the database of users of that site can be downloaded.

If you value privacy (and we know some aren't bothered) then never put face pics on a swinging site unless your fine with people outside the site (family, workmates) potentially seeing them on a list of swingers.
