I make the effort to read all of the ladies profile and send messages which are not short and not too long.

All I get back is a one liner, if that.

If I make an effort, why do I not get the same in return ?

Whinge over !

Coz sometimes the guy hasnt read the profile properly so ur lucky ud get a reply or hes sent a huge page of drivel about what he wanna do to me, or just sometimes us ladies just dont feel like writing a big huge reply back its the way it is

This is why i dont send war and peace in first message.

Yes we are all different. A wink can do it for me.. or someone just saying hi.

All this nonsense about sending lengthy first messages is nonsense.

At end of day.. when you are out and you see a lady it all starts with a hi... etc.. and not war and peace. Well that my opinion on it right or wrong to some

Have no idea what sort of messages you send, but if you ask a question is the one liner a reply to that?

Then there's the type of question..."did you have a good weekend"..."Yes"...."tell me what you did at the weekend"..."well, etc etc"

I find a hello and face pic more than adequate to know if I will reply.. As I then chose to go read their profile... If I get a lenghly message I tend to not read it..as for reply single ladies get inundated with messages.. If we replied at length to all of them we wouldn't have chance to go browse ourselves... And where's the fun in that

Brighton - even Hove!

Other forum posts in the past from ladies and couples have said they won't reply to profiles with no avatar photo.

Even my packet of haribos gets a reply.
