has anyone suffered the same?sign into the website on my computer no problems at all...and yet when I try and sign in on my mobile phone,it comes up with no record of he email address or password..this is despite trying not only the mobile site but also the desktop site..any one any ideas??thanx

Mail the site via the 'contact us' button at the bottom.

My phone/tablet only accepts my username and password, not my email address

You are already verified as a single guy, so you'll need a seperate couples profile.

Yes, I have had this. It could be that you're still signed in, & have other browsers open. Close all, & it will let you sign in
