It's fine except the bit about writing fire or whatever it was when messaging you is a complete waste of time.

Personally I would not put that you are prepared to pay for the hotel, maybe put something like happy to come to an arrangement over hotel cost or something like that. As a couple I would certainly not expect the single guy to pay for the hotel. Go Dutch maybe but certainly not expect the guy to to swallow the whole cost. My opinion only!
