All they have in big boots is moon cup I went in today .

Didn't look for sea sponges thou .

My pill supposedly stops periods and does but I still get them every 3 months or so, so annoying

I've tried soft cup and sea sponges.

The soft cup can be good but I found that I didn't trust it 100% I found that it only worked if the flow was light, too heavy and it leaked. Sex with it in when light flow was good, I didn't dare try it any other time.

I hated sea sponges! I used the jam sponge brand and followed all the instructions but could not even get them in, it was too big to go in, even when folded like instructed. I tried a few months in a row but never did succeed in getting it in.

I have been a user of the mooncup for about ten years or so, it's the most amazing form of sanitary protection there is! Environmentally friendly because it's reusable and has saved me a small fortune as I haven't bought towels or tampons in all that time

No lol the moon cup has a long bit on it , the soft cup doesn't so..... Apparently can have sex with them
