I was advised to get it done by a consultant because it was very tight, that was over 10 years - made a huge difference to me, so glad I had it done.

As for it being cleaner, if you wash yourself properly, it will always be clean whether you have a foreskin or not

Unless it causes you pain, leave it. I was chopped as a child and have very little sensitivity so find it takes ages to cum.

OP- I and many others don't think it looks nicer. I always prefer a guy with foreskin and probably would turn down a meet if the guy was circumcised. Roll back and wash it so not sure why you think circumcised is cleaner. I wouldn't mess about with your dick unless doctors advice it. Think of the possible medical complications. My view too.... I can't see why anyone would even contemplate it unless it was necessary.

I've been with cut and uncut guys and actually prefer uncut.

That said, if you really want to and are prepared to accept the risks that come with any surgery... Go for it.

There is absolutely no advantages to routine circumcision. Plenty of negatives though and most of the myths around the positives are perpetuated by the money making doctors, pharmacists and insurance companies in America.
